The EXFO MAX-945P-iCERT-Q1-QUAD-XX is a dual-wavelength optical loss test set (OLTS) with quad-port configuration for fiber certification testing. It combines automated FasTesT results with comprehensive fiber inspection capabilities, enabling technicians to verify both physical cabling quality and application-layer performance against industry standards including TIA-568, IEEE, and Fibre Channel.
The MAX-945 features a large 7-inch high-resolution touchscreen, built-in encircled-flux (EF) compliant light sources, 12 hours of battery autonomy, and cloud connectivity via WiFi and Bluetooth. Its automated testing methodology and on-board reference assistant eliminate common field errors such as test cord reference mistakes and negative loss measurements.
