Overview

The MaxTester 730C is an entry-level, fully featured OTDR designed for FTTH/PON network testing and end-to-end characterization. This handheld OTDR features a tablet-inspired design with a 7-inch outdoor-enhanced touchscreen display and is optimized for testing through optical splitters, making it ideal for metro and FTTH fiber troubleshooting.

Part of EXFO's MaxTester 700B/C Series, the 730C combines genuine high-performance OTDR quality with advanced features including the intelligent Optical Link Mapper (iOLM) application, which simplifies complex trace analysis. With 12-hour battery autonomy, rugged outside plant construction, and optional hardware modules, this instrument is built for demanding field environments.
