The EXFO FLS-5834 is a high-power super LED (SLED) broadband light source designed for testing chromatic dispersion (CD) and polarization mode dispersion (PMD) in fiber optic networks. Its high modulation capability makes it the ideal complement to CD analyzers and PMD analyzers, allowing accurate field testing through fiber amplifiers such as EDFAs.
