Overview
The AEMC Model 6292 is a high-current, microprocessor-controlled micro-ohmmeter designed for field measurements in electrical substations. It accurately measures very low contact resistances of high-voltage circuit breakers, switches, and busbars with test currents up to 200A. The instrument features optimized filters and protection against electrical hazards typical in substation environments.
