The Keysight E5380B Mictor probe provides a convenient and reliable connection to your target through a Mictor connector. This 34-channel probe (32 single-ended data channels and 2 single-ended clock channels) allows you to acquire high-speed digital signals directly at the connector on your target PCB, eliminating the need for separate probing points.
