The Keysight E5270B Precision IV Analyzer provides complete current-voltage characterization for materials, devices, semiconductors, and electronic components. With modular architecture supporting up to eight slots, it delivers industry-leading current measurement performance as low as 0.1 femtoamperes, enabling precise characterization of devices across a wide range of specifications.
