Overview

The Tektronix 371B is a high-power curve tracer for DC parametric characterization of power semiconductors including thyristors, SCRs, IGBTs, and power MOSFETs. The instrument features interactive control via front panel or GPIB, allowing measurements up to 3,000 V and 400 A peak with power testing capability up to 3,000 W. It is used for device characterization, manufacturing test, and incoming inspection.
