Overview

The Keysight B1505AP is a pre-configured Power Device Analyzer / Curve Tracer providing ready-to-use solutions for power device characterization. Each package includes all required B1505A hardware and software—mainframe, cables, test fixture, and software—for evaluating discrete power devices. The B1505AP uses the same mainframe and modules as the B1505A and may be expanded identically.
