Overview

The Hioki 3174 is a professional-grade hipot and insulation tester used for safety testing of electrical equipment and components. It combines both insulation resistance testing and high-voltage withstand voltage (dielectric strength) testing in a single instrument, with precise PWM-based voltage generation and remote control capabilities via RS-232C interface.
