The Keithley 236 Source-Measure Unit is a fully programmable instrument that integrates four measurement functions into a single unit: voltage source, current source, voltage measure, and current measure. It simultaneously sources and measures voltage or current, making it suitable for precise characterization of semiconductor devices and measurement of leakage currents or insulation resistance.
