The Keysight 33509B/OCX is a 1-channel waveform and function generator featuring exclusive Trueform technology for generating clean, low-distortion, stable signals. The instrument includes a high-stability OCXCO timebase for precise frequency generation from 1 µHz to 20 MHz.
