The GW Instek SFG-1003 is a 3MHz DDS function generator featuring high accuracy and stability output using Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) technology implemented on a large-scale FPGA. It generates sine, square, triangle, and TTL waveforms, providing fundamental functions for accurate and reliable test results.
