Overview
The PCE-WSB 1 is a portable, battery-operated digital whiteness meter for measuring brightness levels of a wide range of non-metallic materials. The device uses a diffuse reflection method to assess whiteness on a 0-100 scale and is widely used in quality control across paper, textile, paint, chemical, and cosmetics manufacturing. It includes factory calibration and comes with calibration standards for validation and periodic recalibration in the field.
