The SMC PME-500-TR is a high voltage circuit breaker analyzer designed for testing and analyzing circuit breaker performance in electrical substations and power systems. The device features an intuitive graphical touch-screen interface with multi-language menus that dramatically reduce test time while increasing analysis accuracy. Built-in battery power provides up to 10 hours of autonomy, eliminating the need for external generators during substation shutdowns.

The analyzer delivers clean, pure DC current for accurate four-wire contact resistance measurements of the three main contacts in a single test. An optional plug-in module integrates motion information including travel, speed, acceleration, and contact sweep into comprehensive test reports.
