Overview

The Tektronix MSO68B/6-BW-6000 is an 8-channel mixed signal oscilloscope purpose-built for analyzing and debugging embedded systems with GHz-speed signals. With a 6 GHz bandwidth and 12.5 GS/s real-time sample rate, it delivers exceptional signal fidelity for complex measurement tasks. Each of the 8 FlexChannels can be independently configured as a single analog input, eight digital logic inputs with optional TLP058 probe, or simultaneous analog and spectrum views with independent acquisition controls.

The 15.6-inch capacitive touchscreen with 1,920×1,080 HD resolution provides intuitive touch-based navigation. With 12-bit ADC vertical resolution (expandable to 16-bit in High Res mode) and advanced hardware FIR filtering, the scope captures small signals with minimal noise. FastFrame segmented memory achieves waveform capture rates exceeding 500,000 per second, while optional record lengths up to 1 Gpoint support detailed analysis of lengthy signal sequences.
