The Tektronix MSO68B Mixed Signal Oscilloscope delivers 10 GHz bandwidth with 8 FlexChannel inputs, providing industry-leading signal fidelity for analyzing and debugging the fastest high-speed embedded systems and RF applications. FlexChannel technology enables each input to function as a single analog channel or eight digital logic inputs (with optional TLP058 logic probe), offering unprecedented flexibility for comprehensive multi-signal measurement and analysis.
