The Tektronix 6 Series B MSO is a TAA-compliant mixed signal oscilloscope offering 4 GHz analog bandwidth for high-speed signal analysis in government and regulated procurement environments. The instrument delivers exceptional signal fidelity with its 12-bit ADC architecture and flexible multi-channel design. The 8 FlexChannel inputs provide maximum configurability, enabling each channel to function as a single analog signal or eight digital logic inputs with the optional TLP058 logic probe, eliminating traditional tradeoffs in digital vs. analog channel allocation.
