Overview

The Tektronix 6 Series B MSO is a TAA-compliant mixed signal oscilloscope designed for government and regulated buyers requiring Trade Agreements Act compliance. It delivers high bandwidth, low-noise signal fidelity, and flexible multi-channel analysis for debugging modern high-speed embedded systems. The instrument features 8 FlexChannel inputs, each capable of displaying a single analog signal or eight digital logic inputs with an optional TLP058 logic probe, enabling comprehensive system-level analysis with minimal tradeoffs.
