The Tektronix MSO66B is a 6-channel mixed-signal oscilloscope combining analog and digital measurement capabilities in one integrated platform. With 4 GHz analog bandwidth and flexible FlexChannel inputs, it supports simultaneous capture of analog signals, digital logic (up to 48 channels optional), and spectral analysis. The 15.6-inch high-definition touchscreen and industry-leading low-noise performance make it well-suited for troubleshooting embedded systems, power electronics, and complex multi-signal designs.
The MSO66B delivers exceptional signal fidelity through its TEK061 front-end amplifier ASIC and 12-bit ADC (up to 16-bit in High Res mode). With sample rates to 50 GS/s on 2 channels and record lengths up to 1 Gpoint, it captures fast transients and extended events reliably.
