Overview

The Tektronix MSO66B/6-BW-10000 is a high-bandwidth mixed signal oscilloscope offering 10 GHz analog bandwidth with low-noise signal fidelity for analyzing and debugging today's embedded systems with GHz clock and bus speeds. The 6-channel FlexChannel architecture enables each input to function as an analog channel, eight digital logic inputs, or simultaneous analog and spectrum views with independent acquisition controls for each domain.
