The Tektronix MSO64B 6-BW-1000 is a 6 Series B mixed signal oscilloscope engineered for analyzing and debugging embedded systems with high-speed digital signals and complex analog behavior. With low input noise, FlexChannel technology, and up to 8 GHz upgradable bandwidth, it delivers industry-leading signal fidelity for applications ranging from power electronics to high-speed communications.
