Overview

The Tektronix MSO46B 200 MHz variant is a 6-channel mixed signal oscilloscope designed for general-purpose measurements and embedded systems debugging. Part of the 4 Series B line, it features an upgraded processor for faster operation and 12-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that deliver 16 times greater vertical resolution compared to standard 8-bit oscilloscopes. With 6.25 GS/s sampling across all channels and 13.3-inch high-definition touchscreen interface, it provides an intuitive platform for signal analysis and troubleshooting.

The innovative FlexChannel technology allows each of the six analog input channels to function as an analog channel, eight digital logic inputs (with optional TLP058 probe), or provide simultaneous analog and spectrum views. This flexibility makes it ideal for power supply characterization, embedded systems debugging, and general electronic device testing.
