Overview

The Tektronix MSO46B is a 6-channel mixed signal oscilloscope that combines performance with intuitive analysis capabilities. Part of the 4 Series B line, it features a faster processing platform that doubles responsiveness and expedites data transfers. With 1.5 GHz bandwidth and industry-leading 12-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), it delivers 16 times greater vertical resolution compared to standard 8-bit oscilloscopes.

The innovative FlexChannel technology allows each of the six analog input channels to function as an analog channel, eight digital logic inputs (with optional TLP058 probe), or provide simultaneous analog and spectrum views with independent controls. This versatility makes it ideal for debugging embedded systems, power converters, and multi-signal environments.
