Overview

The Siglent SDS2204X Plus is the third generation of Siglent's renowned 2000 series oscilloscopes. This 4-channel, 200 MHz Super Phosphor oscilloscope combines proven performance with customer-driven enhancements, offering a feature-rich standard configuration and flexible options for general-purpose laboratory and field applications. Built on SPO technology, it delivers high-speed waveform capture and low background noise for detailed signal analysis.

Advanced Capabilities

10-Bit Resolution Mode

The optional 10-bit mode combined with vertical and horizontal zoom enables detailed waveform analysis. Users can magnify captured signals for more accurate measurement and less visible noise, particularly useful for low-level signal investigations.

Power Loop Response Analysis (Bode Plot)

Integrated Bode plot functionality with free Bode Plot II software provides stability measurement and signal source power loop analysis. Features include higher measurement sensitivity, variable excitation scan mode, and intuitive cursor measurements.

Parameter Measurements and Statistics

Comprehensive measurement capabilities include 50+ parameter types across horizontal, vertical, miscellaneous, and channel delay categories. Gating measurements allow parameter analysis within specified time windows. Statistics display current, maximum, minimum, standard deviation, and mean values of up to 12 parameters simultaneously, with probability distribution histograms and trend analysis available.
