Overview

The Rohde & Schwarz RTA4004 is a 4-channel, 1 GHz digital oscilloscope with integrated logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, spectrum analyzer, and arbitrary waveform/pattern generator. It combines a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter with up to 1 Gsample deep memory and a 10.1-inch touchscreen for comprehensive signal analysis and debugging.
