Overview

The Keysight MXR604B Infiniium is a 4-channel real-time oscilloscope with 6 GHz bandwidth and 16 GSa/s sample rate across all channels. The higher bandwidth enables measurement of faster signal transitions, combined with a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter and hardware-accelerated analysis tools for advanced signal integrity and RF measurements.
