Overview

The Keysight MXR404B Infiniium is a 4-channel real-time oscilloscope with 4 GHz bandwidth and 16 GSa/s sample rate across all channels. It combines a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter with a low-noise front end and hardware-accelerated analysis tools to deliver accurate measurements for signal integrity and design verification tasks.
