With 2 analog and 16 digital channels, the MSOX6002A delivers 20 GSa/s sampling rate, industry-leading 450,000 waveforms/sec update rate, and a large 12.1-inch capacitive touch screen designed for intuitive operation.
The 6000 X-Series combines powerful measurement capabilities with portability and ease of use. Advanced features like segmented memory, standard histogram and color-grade FFT, optional jitter and real-time eye diagram analysis, and voice control in 14 languages make it suitable for both general debugging and advanced signal integrity analysis.
