The Keysight InfiniiVision 4000G X-Series MSOX4154G is a 1.5 GHz mixed-signal oscilloscope with integrated serial protocol trigger and decode capabilities. Designed for engineers who need to debug complex digital systems, the MSOX4154G combines 4 analog and 16 digital channels, a large capacitive touch screen, and advanced software features including built-in help, waveform generator, mask testing, and frequency response analysis.

With the industry's 1,000,000 waveforms per second update rate and segmented memory technology, the MSOX4154G captures elusive glitches and provides deep signal visibility.
