The Keysight MSOX3104A is a 1 GHz mixed-signal oscilloscope that combines oscilloscope, digital channels, function/arbitrary waveform generator, digital voltmeter, and protocol analyzer in a single 5-instruments-in-1 platform. Part of the InfiniiVision 3000 X-Series, it delivers the industry-leading one million waveforms per second update rate for capturing the most signal detail.
