Overview

The Keysight HD304MSO is an upgradable 4-channel mixed signal oscilloscope with 16 optional digital channels, starting at 200 MHz bandwidth. It can be upgraded in the field to 350 MHz, 500 MHz, or 1 GHz using field-installable software licenses. The InfiniiVision HD3 Series architecture provides a 14-bit ADC with 4x the vertical resolution of standard oscilloscopes and an exceptionally low 50 µVRMS noise floor, making it suitable for advanced embedded systems analysis and signal characterization.
