The Keysight HD302MSO/01G is a 1 GHz mixed signal oscilloscope from the InfiniiVision HD3 Series. It offers industry-leading resolution with a 14-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) providing four times the vertical accuracy of 12-bit oscilloscopes, combined with a noise floor of 55 µVRMS for capturing small signals with precision.
