Overview

The Keysight Infiniium EXR408A is an 8-channel real-time digital oscilloscope with 4 GHz analog bandwidth and 16 GSa/s real-time sample rate across all channels. With 100 Mpts of standard memory per channel, a high-resolution 10-bit vertical digitizer (up to 16 bits with high-resolution mode), and a 15.6-inch Full HD multi-touch display, the EXR408A is ideal for comprehensive multi-channel signal analysis and complex system validation.
