Overview

The Keysight Infiniium EXR208A is a 2 GHz 8-channel mixed signal oscilloscope designed for advanced signal analysis and debugging of high-speed digital and analog circuits. Combining signal integrity with integrated instrumentation, the EXR208A features a 10-bit ADC with simultaneous 16 GSa/s sampling on all channels, 100 Mpts per channel memory, and 500 GB SSD storage.

The EXR-Series distinguishes itself by integrating seven instruments in one—oscilloscope, logic analyzer, arbitrary waveform generator, frequency response analyzer, counter, voltmeter, and protocol analyzer. This integration reduces bench space, simplifies operation, and allows flexible budgeting with upgradeable options available at any time.
