The Keysight Infiniium EXR054A is a 4-channel, 500MHz mixed-signal oscilloscope featuring a 10-bit ADC with 16GS/s simultaneous sampling, 100Mpts per channel memory, and 500GB SSD storage. The EXR054A combines high-resolution analog capture with integrated logic analysis and seven integrated test instruments in a single platform. It is fully upgradeable—bandwidth, channels, memory, and software applications can be expanded via license keys, protecting your investment and allowing the instrument to grow with your lab's requirements.
