Overview

The Keysight DSOX6002A is a 2-channel digital oscilloscope in the InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series, offering 1-GHz bandwidth (upgradable to 2.5, 4, or 6 GHz) with a 20-GSa/s sampling rate and industry-leading 450,000 waveforms-per-second update rate. The 12.1-inch capacitive multi-touch display with InfiniiScan Zone touch trigger and voice control support provides an intuitive user experience. This compact instrument combines a full oscilloscope with integrated digital logic analyzer, function/arbitrary waveform generator, digital voltmeter, and counter in a portable package.
