The Keysight DSOX3052A is a 2-channel, 500 MHz digital oscilloscope featuring the industry-leading 1 million waveforms per second update rate. Part of the InfiniiVision 3000 X-Series, it integrates five instruments in one platform: oscilloscope, digital channels, function generator, digital voltmeter, and protocol analyzer. The instrument provides maximum investment protection with full bandwidth upgradeability to 1 GHz.
