Overview
The Starrett 653G is a bench-type comparator stand featuring a Crystal Pink Granite base for in-process and final inspection work. The precision-ground granite base ensures stability and accuracy. The stand accommodates adjustable dial indicators that lock vertically in any position, with fine adjustment capability on the beam. A sliding ring with locking screw allows swinging the indicator to either side. This is the base stand only; dial indicator is not included.
