The Keysight 34950A is a 64-bit digital I/O module designed for the 34980A Multifunction Switch/Measure Unit. It provides eight 8-bit channels with programmable polarity and variable thresholds up to 5V. The module includes integrated pattern memory for capturing and simulating digital patterns up to 10 MHz, along with configurable handshaking protocols for a wide variety of applications.
