Overview

The Keithley 7700 is a 20-channel differential multiplexer module designed for use with Keithley 2700, 2701, and 2750 DMM/Data Acquisition Systems. It provides 2-pole or 10-channel 4-pole multiplexer switching with two additional protected channels for current measurements. Automatic cold junction compensation (CJC) is included for thermocouple temperature measurements.
