The Keithley 3761 is a 10-channel low-current multiplexer card designed for sensitive measurement applications within the 3700A Series system. Featuring SMA connectors for shielded low-noise signal paths and exceptionally low offset current specifications, the 3761 enables precise automated testing of insulation resistance, semiconductor junction leakage, and FET gate leakage characteristics.
