Overview

The Keithley 3760 is a high-current multiplexer card designed for the 3700A Series mainframe systems. With 10 dual-pole channels and robust non-latching electromechanical relays, the 3760 simplifies complex testing applications including semiconductor characterization, power supply validation, and materials research. It maintains current paths for signals not actively switched and supports daisy-chaining for extended channel capacity.
