Overview

The Keithley 3731 is a two-pole, 6×16 reed relay matrix card designed for high-speed switching in demanding throughput applications. It features high-speed dry reed relays with 0.5 ms actuation times and long operational life exceeding one billion operations. The card connects up to six differential instrument channels to any combination of 16 devices under test (DUTs).
