Overview
The Tektronix P6022 is a high-bandwidth AC current probe with a compact design ideal for measuring currents in tight, high-performance circuits. With a bandwidth of 935 Hz to 120 MHz and a physical size of only 0.47 in. x 0.25 in. (10 mm x 6 mm), it is approximately half the size of the P6021A. The probe provides accurate measurements up to 4 A RMS and 100 A peak without requiring the circuit to be broken.
