Overview

The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZC15B is an AC/DC current probe optimized for measurements of lower current levels with extended frequency response. Operating from DC to 50 MHz, it provides non-invasive current measurement by clamping around a conductor without circuit interruption. The probe connects to Rohde & Schwarz oscilloscopes using the standard probe interface for integrated power and control.
