The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZC05B is an AC/DC current probe offering broadband frequency characteristics from DC to 2MHz. Featuring a unique thin film Hall Effect element, it provides highly accurate current detection without interrupting the circuit. The probe connects directly to Rohde & Schwarz oscilloscopes via the proprietary probe interface, which supplies power and enables remote control via the oscilloscope software.
