Overview
The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZA15 is an external 10:1 attenuator designed to extend the input voltage range of the RT-ZD10/20/30 differential probe. By combining with the appropriate differential probe, it provides increased dynamic range and expanded operating voltage window for precise measurements.

- Bandwidth: DC to 2.0 GHz (with RT-ZD30), or lower with RT-ZD10 (1.0 GHz) and RT-ZD20 (1.5 GHz)
