The Keysight 8497K is a DC to 26.5 GHz programmable step attenuator offering exceptional repeatability and reliability. It provides 0 to 90 dB of attenuation in 10 dB increments with precision gold-plated leaf springs ensuring over 5 million cycles of operational life. With a maximum switching time of 20 ms, it is ideal for high-frequency RF and microwave automated test systems requiring accurate control and rapid switching.
