The Keysight 8496H/002/016/024/H04 is a configured programmable step attenuator for RF and microwave applications across dc to 18 GHz, featuring internal protection diodes for the drive input. It includes SMA female connectors and 24 Vdc supply voltage with a 10-pin to 14-pin DIP cable adapter. The attenuator delivers 0 to 110 dB attenuation in 10 dB steps with 0.01 dB repeatability.
