The Keysight 8496G is a programmable step attenuator designed for automatic RF testing from DC to 4 GHz. It provides attenuation in 10 dB steps from 0 to 110 dB with exceptional repeatability and reliability. Gold-plated leaf springs ensure long operational life, and fast 20 ms switching time enables rapid automated testing sequences.
